About us ...

Our family – Armin & Suzy and our two children Lana (20) and Tony (16)- lives in Hout Bay since 1996 – a small fishing village about 20 k outside Capetown. Hout Bay is well known as a holiday place in South Africa  because it is situated between 3 high mountains and the sea.

Next to the main house we have a cottage of 44 sqm on our plot, which we rent out to holiday makers. (non-smoking) The cottage sleeps 4 people. There is a big room divided into a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a launch suite and a double bed. TV with Mnet and Radio/ CD player is also available. A second room has a bunk bed for 2 children. The bathroom has a shower and toilet.  Everything is lovingly decorated according to European  standard. A washing machine is available and our guests are most welcome to use our big swimming pool in a lovely garden setting. There is also barbecue (braai) area and Garden furniture.
